Net Time and Gun Time, Split Time and Lap Time, What is the difference?

Recommended Posts

Like every runner, may-july is full of races of the longer distance events...10km, 15km, 21km, 42km, 50km, and 100km..

For those that race, net time vs gun time...for those that train, split time and lap time.

Explanation for all: http://news.runtowin.com/2007/05/08/what-is-the-difference-between-split-times-and-lap-times.html

Got question, anyone teach uncle how to input for split time and lap time for 25km using passionRun as example : http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/LapSplitTime.html
