  1. what a photo that you managed to find after i mentioned on the gaming chair,.... hahaha
  2. siong... it will take me a while to complete what u can complete in a month... hahah
  3. we really dunno the real answer and i think even after everything is settled through lawsuit, i also unsure if that is really the truth... hhaaa
  4. very nice distance.... with such a distance and the time spent running, surely will meet all kinds of weather....
  5. wah.... *clap clap*.... what a busy month....
  6. yea, so drag to another month again... i think both of them are tired too...
  7. what @kohpapa , did i see wrongly, u ran 610km in March??
  8. I think no one really will know the truth... definitely not us who are not in the race.
  9. the distance looks quite scary... 1680km for the minimum Bronze standard.. If we can get 10 members, each member have to run 168km in a month meaning around 42km per week.... not impossible.. just that need to find at leas 10 members who will commit to a 42km per week running schedule....
  10. I noticed even his recent facebook post on the OSIM chair that he had seemed to be quite unlike his usual style...
  11. Just to remind that the virtual races can be uploaded to the 2xu website from 26 Apr to 20 June in maximum 6 accumulative runs... Enjoy everyone....
  12. this fees that @kohpapa paid is quite affordable with consideration of shipping fees for the medal and finisher tee....
  13. One suggestion is to run along ECPs where there are plenty of toilets and vending machines. Else will have to bring water bottles along..
  14. Had ran it last year... its pretty similar to a virtual race except that u hear an additional voice from handphone over certain parts of the route. The fees is pretty high I would say.
  15. I have tried to send them an email to check on this race but no response as of now... so let's see if they get back. Else its radio silence for now...
  16. This is another hybrid race where its a physical race but booking of certain timeslot is necessary. https://www.runasonesg.com/rates-registration/
  17. Hi Wols... welcome to this forum... hope running has changed your way of life so far... this forum was setup where runners can gather and discuss about new races or past races... the civil situation has totally cut off all in person races so far... hence it is quieter than it usually is...
  18. Yes... then the entire train will smell of those heat rub where some runners used to warm up their muscles... haha... then we will peep at each others bibs to see who is running the full and who running the half...haha.. Good old days...
  19. yes... but that was one of the memorable times cause i didnt know my small neighbourhood has so many runners.... all walking towards the mrt station from all directions... hahhah
  20. probably i am more optimistic on this and think that local races might start once vaccination has reached a certain percentage.... so i am looking at SCSM to be a physical race (reduced version). It could be for elites only or for a much much smaller pool of runners who need to show their vaccination cert.
  21. probably ramping up the training in case govt allows mass races to come in.... hahahah....
  22. i recalled there was once when there was free MRT ride in the wee hour of SCSM (race still starts in morning then). and there are schools of runners all waiting for the mrt trains to the venue...
  23. Hi @hamu86... welcome to the forum!! I think it will be difficult for the staff at runninglab or any shoe shops to really give you a good analysis... their main objective is to sell you the shoes so they will just sell you a pair no matter what... If you need people to look at your gait, past injuries, etc, you might need to go beyond the usual shops and onto a running coach or physio....
