Not only airfare is high but hotels also expensive for a relatively small town.

Cheapest airfare at this moment is Tiger Airways at SGD 400+. Yes. Was quite surprise to see the hotel rates are quite high. Because of that, I'm only spending 3 nights in Perth and head off somewhere more reasonable after that

I am going. Leaving Singapore on Friday late afternoon by Jetstar. My friend will pick me up at the Perth International Airport as at night there is no public bus access to city.
Leaving Perth on Wednesday midnight flight back to Singapore. By then aready Wednesday morning, just nice to have breakfast at Changi Airport T1 Wang Cafe before heading home.
Maybe we can arrange for a meet up or just PM and exchange info where are you intend to go as this is my first time going to Western part of Australia.

I think Western Australia is nothing to you..... You are an old horse in Australia, nothing new to you.
The Perth marathon routes are good to run. You can do your PB。Somemore, cold weather will help you to run faster. See you at Perth with some sgrunners.
