luckily, tanjong pagar area got only 30th floor flat !

Ur, all these climb hill climb stairs type of run hor, very bad for my knees, so maybe I'll skip the climb stairs portion again just like what I did the last time Set D was done ;)

I thought going down stairs should be bad or painful. Hmm, maybe that me.

What goes up must come down. Unless you're taking the lift to come down? For MF, it was not an option :)

What goes up must come down. Unless you're taking the lift to come down? For MF, it was not an option :)

stair climbing in CBD will be taking lift down, unless something screw up. Eg lift spoil!

I agree as long as it is not climbing down, the knee should be okay. i have climb up/down, chiong up/down mountain (not hill nor hump!). Going up is only muscle aching, breathless. Running down mah, kai cee! :sweat:
