Do tempo 4 x 2km?

I used to do that regularly sometime early part of this year. It was fun.

You keen in doing this?

What's the pace for this tempo run?

I may want to drop by after school if its manageable. :Tounge:

Due to popular request(we are going up the mountain) tomorrow. This is to prepare for the climb up Sheares Bridge in 2 weeks time.

We are doing extra compare from previous climbs. you might want to consider bringing your own water supply.

We have to start punctual as it is going to be long and challenging run.

Hydrate yourself properly, seeya tomorrow.

Anyway to have water-point? Last run of the 11.5km route is such that there's no water point and it was very tough for me personally to go without water throughout the run.

there's a toilet at the peak of MF - belongs to the pub/eatery, i think. Can try that (:

Trainer already "warned" we to carry our own water supply when u run, so u might want to carry a water bottle with u. Else, I guess that are shops selling drinks along the way.

as pointed out by cookie, there is a toilet on top of MF which can double as water point.

We are doing slightly extra than the normal 11.5km route. Be prepared.
