Distance : Marathon(42.195km)

Entry fee : US$43

Time Limits : 5 Hours

Transportation : Seoul-ChunCheon

Division Distance Time required Fare(Won) Daily Runs

Train 92.9㎞ 100 minutes 4,100 17 round trips

Bus 86.3㎞ 90 minutes 5,400 Every 20 minutes

Maybe the run will pass by the 38th Parallel..... so must duck bullets..... so.... maybe got damage!!! *glurp* :blink:

Running in Korea has been big on my list-to-run-countries since watching The Marathon Boy :smilie_daumen1:

Oh yeah.... the Cho Cho Li boy........ that was a nice movie I must say... :)

I remember watching the movie on the plane last year.... hee hee.....

psst...Korea is a nice romantic and 'honeymoon' place hor... they have Cheju Island commonly referred to as 'Honeymoon Island' :Big Grin:

Hotel is relatively expensive. 3 star hotel is around US80 per night per person.

Interesting Marathon... :smilie_daumen1: Yeah.. Korea is a Expensive City but Exciting Night Life!! oo

psst...Korea is a nice romantic and 'honeymoon' place hor... they have Cheju Island commonly referred to as 'Honeymoon Island' :Big Grin:

hahaha... i think should not be too expensive lah... but Dream already given you somemore insights... :)

most of korean marathons have 5-hour limit... :sweat:

i can't be like you "want to go just go" you know. i got 1 husband 2 monkeys to worry about. who looks after them.

but!..... i'm trying to plan something. heh.. heh....

the route looks like a very nice course to run!

what i mean is just go register 1st... then sort out the schedule lor... cos if you really want to do this, you sure will find a way one... :Big Grin:

yeah... that's very true... anyway, the registration fee of US$300 is super expensive... even ultra distance in usa is not that ex... :nope:

i won't be taking part even if i can meet the cut-off time... there are other south korean marathons in other months... :)
