RAC is one of the few races with a team of really well-known runners, such as Jasmine, Rachel, Jenny Huang and Pris. Kudos to you for being able to run at their kind of speed.

As for medal design, think this year looks better than last year's.

Usually there are a few runners in a pacing group. Not unusual to see pacers drop off the group for a variety of reasons eg not feeling well, ran into wall etc. So even if Yu have to drop off the pace, still have other pacers. Don’t think other runners will laugh at you lah. Anyway I’m sure the other members of the pace group will also remind each other to be consistent pace.

Nowadays the pacing quite consistent. I recall I used to complain the pacers always start too fast.

Wow! Congrats! The 5min fastest pace group. In your group there's also Jasmine Goh, Rachel See, Mads Louring, etc. You have done well.

All these runners can easily do sub 5 pace for their runs. So doing 5 min pacers definitely not a problem for these runners.

Thank you very much for the reminder... I have to go to Novena again, where I have been there on last weekend for the race pack collection of "Unlabelled Run 2019".

I'm not running at 5 minute pace. I'm doing 7 minute pace. :) Not of that sort of calibre, unfortunately. But it's an honour to be mentioned in the same sentence as Jasmine, Rachel and Jenny haha.

To be a pacer is a contributor to the event!
