For last 3 runs (5.6km, 5.7km, 6.1km), my heartbeat at increasing to 200 heartbeat/min for the first 1km. I dun feel dizziness or chest pain. After which, it is tapering down. So far, this is first time, I hit 200 heartbeat/min. The pace is still the same.
I am 52 years old, resting heartbeat is 72-78bpm. Is it ok to reach 200 heartbeat/min?
