Breathing during night run

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone!

Anybody knows if it's true it's more difficult to breath during a night run? What to do to improve? I've heard about wearing a mask to make it more difficult and then it increases the resistance without the mask.

Thanks!

I started running at night so personally kinda used to it. But it feels bit different compared to when I did my morning run. I think the best way to approach it just to take it slower in the beginning.

running locally here for both day and night, the main difference should be the temperature only... if the run is in early morning before temp rises, I think the feeling is the same as running at night. Colder air means that it would somehow make our breathing path "dryer" thus leading to dryer throat as well... anyone else facing such issues also?
