Pris...your website has been slow to load for the past few weeks..seems like it is always waiting for a website based in Russia to finish loading...would be good to look into it..

Aiyah, just saw the messages now :(

For someone who has the tendency to stop training runs due to my crazy work and school schedule, I still managed to break my previous PB for my 21k. From 2:26 to 2:22. Was hoping I might be able to do it in 2hrs 15mins or less than 2:20 but I had a few stops when my left knee was acting up and had an urge to use the loo:D The cool weather definitely helped a lot! I had to throw my jumper even before I crossed the starting point LOL. Ironically, I felt so much colder after the race when I was queueing to get a quick massage:ph34r:

I knew there were a bunch of Singaporean doing the HM while I was running as I saw some who were wearing Scoot singlets, and saw some of them around the massage area after the race.
