Hi all! Been reading up on interval training and tempo run. But the more I read,the more confuse I am. Any seniors here possible to explain? Btw I'm training for a 10k event this July. Aimming to complate it in 60mins. Been doing a 5Km recently. First run I had was around 38mins. Till the last I had was 28.30. Going to increase on the distance next week onwards. Would like to improve on the pace and stamina,but I'm not too sure how shld I do my training. I'm just going for my runs at my best
