I was running regularly to prepare for the SCM,
and two weeks ago I clocked my longest weekly mileage,
and I thought I could start tapering from then on.
But during the last run that week I started to feel pain
at the bottom of my foot, the arch area.
I experienced this before, but usually it's gone after a
