Daegu International Marathon, Daegu Korea

Recommended Posts

anyone ever heard of this race or done it (or know anybody who has)?

can't seem to find much info on it but sounds interesting - weather should be good, and if its flat and field not huge, could be a good course to have a crack at PB (oh i forgot to mention, friday the 10th is public holiday here!)

thanks HT!

sounds very nice...i checked already there is high speed train from Seoul that only takes about 90 mins, so not too tricky to get to. The review mentioned hot springs, food, nice scenery around the city, so very tempting indeed!

yes, it looks like a great race... i picked up a brochure while in korea the last weekend... website quite user friendly too... but for borderline sub-5 marathoners like myself, got to be careful... must ask organiser if the 5 hours limit is gun-time or chip-time... if gun-time, must really put in a lot of effort to run... :P

i'll certainly do this race in the near future... :)
