  2. Carbo loading period is my happiest moment. I can eat any carbo without limitation...

  3. where is the route for this coming Sunday?
  4. I am regularly run at BG on weekdays, say from 800pm. I like running there. Yes it is dark and may be a bit scary to run in the dark. but you can get used to it, and enjoy more greeny environment. for speed training you can set target time around 21-22min for the biggest loop inside BG (4.3km) , it is tough but good menu to improve your LT. Yo RR, for years the most I only spotted you running at night not more than 3 runs....haha we stay so near yet hardly sighted each other in our training territory haha because it is evening time and I suppose you wear dark color attire in most time... difficult to identify. Also may be this darkness enables me to focus more on running.

  6. They will loss more if they terminate the contract, in Singapore the MAS has give the promised and each insurance is back by sub insurance...no problem one. Imagine after > 5-10 years you terminated the contract....man, too hush and not a too rationale the investors. If anything happen to AIA in Singapore....the government will also step in if not it’s going to be a big impact beyond imagination within the economy too….therefore similarly in US….their government will not see its own baby died, so the central will do all they can to rescue it. But the next lot will not be so lucky. Opps OT :tongue_smilie: My policy is AIA too!! But in my previous experience insurance policies are basically proteced, even somebody takes over the operation. about 10yrs ago, my wife had a policy with one local insurance company which went bankrupt. But this company and whole policies were taken over by AIG at that time! and no specific loss we suffered.
  7. Due to the current financial crisis in US, I did not have enough time to run and sleep in the last couple of days, even though my employer is not the one going bankrupcy. So I decided not to join tomorrow's run, instead I will shift on Sun with the same menu (36k) at ECP. Enjoy your run!
  8. 7.5kx4+3kx2 = 36k according to my Polar.
  9. correction - 2x MD to NSRCC Sorry
  10. Starting from MD - u turn at NSRCC , pass MD and run to the end of ECP at Fort road then uturn back again = about 36k. I (and you) have done MR25 progressive run 2 weeks ago. so I myself don think it is necessary to further trail runs in order to avoid a risk of injury. just like to maintain (or build) my endurance.
  11. I will be there this Sat, but may be doing a bit longer LSD, say 35k, starting from 6am. Pace will be 5:45- 5:00/ km. anyone can join if you like to run more than 30k. C U then
