  1. Well... if we all remember the issues when they organised the Sundown for Taiwan.... it just shows something about them...
  2. There is a wierd aftertaste and... I dun consider this as isotonic drink actually... and I remember some runners felt uncomfortable in the stomach after drinking...
  3. It differs from person to person... if 3hrs is not adequate for u to digest, then better increase the time... 4hours sounds ok to me... As for drinks before a race, usually I just take sips of isotonic/water before I walk to the start line... no specific amount...
  4. It is quite hard to forget a photo of runners lining up outside toilet in ECP to drink water ....
  5. Once beaten, twice shy... haaa They might have improved over the years...
  6. U can read my race review here too.... https://autumnrunner.wordpress.com/2019/04/07/race-review-2xu-compression-run-2019/?preview=true
  7. Jiayou... u can do it.. just rem to condition your body at it's best and toe the start line with as much body recovery as possible...
  8. I rem it's ok... if cannot be reuse, they will recycle... Oh man... it does happen before to me... all u can do is to drink more water, pop vitamin c, sleep more... recover as much as possible....
  9. If it is just cramp earlier on, the soreness should go away in about 3-5days... if still feel pain in calves, I think it could just be muscle overused... so rest more .. it should be fine..
  10. I ran 10kmin my previous Marina run too... seemed ok too... but heard 21km and 30km facing more issues...
  11. Wahaha.. no prob... I thought I missed out something.... haaa
  12. A race which I have prepared for months but thinking that there will not be anyone running this race, hence did not create a topic previously to discuss. Below link is my race review on the magnificent race in case anyone is interested to take part in Yokohama Marathon 2020. Enjoy... https://autumnrunner.wordpress.com/2019/11/24/race-review-yokohama-marathon-2019/
  13. Nope there isn't... runners will be too busy to train ... One more week to go...
  14. I wonder if the organiser and management of this race has improved last year... didnt really hear anyone saying much about this race while it was a big hoo-haa a few years ago...
  15. Agree... that's where I will point out in my race review and pin point exactly what went wrong... and if this keeps repeating, it will be quite obvious that organisers dun learn...
