  4. Well... if we all remember the issues when they organised the Sundown for Taiwan.... it just shows something about them...
  5. There is a wierd aftertaste and... I dun consider this as isotonic drink actually... and I remember some runners felt uncomfortable in the stomach after drinking...
  6. It differs from person to person... if 3hrs is not adequate for u to digest, then better increase the time... 4hours sounds ok to me... As for drinks before a race, usually I just take sips of isotonic/water before I walk to the start line... no specific amount...
  7. I see... its good to chase other dreams too!! Jiayou...
  8. It is quite hard to forget a photo of runners lining up outside toilet in ECP to drink water ....

  12. I rem it's ok... if cannot be reuse, they will recycle... Oh man... it does happen before to me... all u can do is to drink more water, pop vitamin c, sleep more... recover as much as possible....
  13. Well... what's the dream about? A marathon major race?
  14. If it is just cramp earlier on, the soreness should go away in about 3-5days... if still feel pain in calves, I think it could just be muscle overused... so rest more .. it should be fine..
