  1. wah.... very hard to describe cause there are many variables for me... let me just start the ball rolling first... 1. mileage --> usually I like to run the HM cause it is not too long or short... but I do train for FM ... 2. preferred running route --> East Coast Park or Upper.Lower Pierce Reservoir or Punggol Waterway 3. mostly easy runs if not training for races, easy, tempo, LSD when training for races... (Intervals are just too damaging for my injury-prone legs)... 4. no specific tips on running gear, just wear what u feel comfortable with 5. My Archilles Tendonitis has been with me since 2014 and i am trying hard to manage it, but it seemed to be coming back after my SCSM 2019.
  2. this is still not the main case... so let's see what happens next...
  3. agree fully... even if flash deal comes, will think twice also....
  4. yea @kohpapa... dun understand why there is 23May and 2nd June... probably they have not confirmed the date yet....
  5. yea man.... there is no broken chain usually... unless going up expressways where organisers usually dun allow spectators.... other than that, whenever one feels down, he will always be cheered upon by them.... especially whenever I walk to rest, someone in the spectators will always shout out "gambatek" or give me a smile....
  6. yah man.... i have been running this race since.... 2010 i think.....
  7. agree.... and i do have a few new ones lying in a corner of my cupboard from past runs....

  9. i think they are happier cause it boosts their sales... doubt they learn any lessons here..... but well, i have friends who signed up due to $54 (especially those on the fence)... let's see if they will do another $55 sales...

  13. That is fast and just hope there will be less mass crowding events on the same evening
  14. These days many are providing good numbers from what I see... so this somehow becomes a norm... those who still dun learn the lesson, I will voice it out... And the last few races i always pee leh as compared to previous cause previously I dun wanna queue and be late... haaa
