  1. Maybe including those who were impatiently trying to cross the roads, the police officers on duty... and maybe those jammed cars on the opposite side of the road ..

  5. It's good to know that u r one of the early members here... when I joined, it was already pretty much as of now, just that there were more conversations.
  6. I just hope that our small little country can quickly wrap these up and let them all train future athletes together for a better National Record... with their vast experience in training and races, we can really outshine others and step into the Olympics...

  10. Never.... even for small 10km race I did long time ago in Basel, and I was right at the back... also have hydration available...
  11. I ran the sundown from 2008 too but the streak ended around 2015 where I found the race organisation getting from bad to worse .. frankly I dun rem that there was lack of water during the 2008 and 2009 edition even though we had to cross bridges by bridges....
  12. I did read that running improves the knee strength as well... which translates to healthier knee.. but did not state how much then it will start to cause damage... haaa...
  13. Oh ... I saw the word " loyalty rates" when I tried... just that I did not proceed to register so unsure if it is captured at the end..
  14. wah.... very hard to describe cause there are many variables for me... let me just start the ball rolling first... 1. mileage --> usually I like to run the HM cause it is not too long or short... but I do train for FM ... 2. preferred running route --> East Coast Park or Upper.Lower Pierce Reservoir or Punggol Waterway 3. mostly easy runs if not training for races, easy, tempo, LSD when training for races... (Intervals are just too damaging for my injury-prone legs)... 4. no specific tips on running gear, just wear what u feel comfortable with 5. My Archilles Tendonitis has been with me since 2014 and i am trying hard to manage it, but it seemed to be coming back after my SCSM 2019.

  17. yea @kohpapa... dun understand why there is 23May and 2nd June... probably they have not confirmed the date yet....
