Comments: The Adistar series represents the pinnacle of Adidas running shoes. Despite feeling a little stiff, the Adistar Cushion 6 is equipped with ample cushioning throughout that caters to heel strikers right up to forefoot landers.

A new feature from its predecessor would be the insertion of the soft Formotion plate at the heel that allows the shoes to have a greater degree of stability upon the landing of the feet. Highly responsive on asphalt, the Adistar Cushion 6 offers a smooth heel to toe transition and an overall comfortable ride with its excellent shock-absorption properties.

However, thick heel cushioning makes the shoe’s sitting a little high while the toe box feels a tad too narrow. Effort should also be taken to improve its lacing system to give the shoes a snug fit on the feet and to make slipping in/out easier.

Recommended for: High mileage runners who under-pronate or neutral/normal gait

Not recommended for: Runners who prefer to run on surfaces like track or grass due to its lack of responsiveness on such terrains.

Feet-back

Roonz: Runners looking out for shoes with an aesthetic appeal will truly appreciate this pair of shoes whose mesh material provides the feet with a cooling ride through the sun.

Tiwazz: A pair of shoes with superb cushioning and comfy ride for a LSD.
